If you find the same rug at a lower price from a legitimate online retailer that is lower than ours (including any shipping costs that may apply), simply email us at sales@rugaholic.com with the information on the rug and size you found from a competitor and we will happily match their price.  

New Merchandise Guarantee

When you place an order with Rugaholic.com, you can be assured that any item you receive will be brand new, direct from the manufacturer. We do not ship “seconds” or “reconditioned” items.

Payment Policy

Rugaholic.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Money Order, Cashier’s Checks, and personal checks. Payments entered via credit card or PayPal will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Payments made by personal check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check will not be submitted to vendor until 10 days after receipt of payment. Product Standards/Variations

Rugaholic.com is not responsible for color variations from the actual product compared to the way your computer displays the image. Product descriptions are written to best describe the item however it is impossible to describe every product detail. Product dimensions are provided by the manufacturer and Rugaholic.com assumes no liability in their accuracy. Please be aware that it is very common for rugs to vary in dimensions up to 1-2”, especially with handmade rugs.

Many of our rugs are made from natural materials and will contain variances that are not considered defective. Such variances may include, but are not limited to color, texture, pile height, shedding, pilling, loose threads/yarns. This is not considered a defective quality. Our manufacturers take great care to provide items that will withstand use under normal living conditions but that does not mean they cannot be damaged. Care should always be taken. Shipping & Delivery

Rugaholic.com offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Customers are responsible for return shipping and restocking fees. If you are interested in purchases to be sent outside the US, please contact us at sales@rugaholic.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Most items will ship directly from the manufacturer to your home within 2-3 days from placing the order. Typical transportation times range from 7-10 business days depending on your location. If we expect a delay in shipping your order, our customer service representative will contact you via email for ensure you are acceptable to the delay, or if you wish to reselect or cancel your order.

Our preferred delivery method is UPS and Fedex ground service. Some rugs are too large to ship by these carriers and must be shipped by a larger truck or a specialized carrier. If a larger carrier is needed, they will call you prior to arrival to arrange your delivery during regular business hours. All items shipped to a residential or commercial address will be delivered to your door. The drivers are not responsible for delivery inside your location or unpacking your purchase. Please be aware that unless your item is oversized, you will not receive a call prior to delivery. Scheduled freight deliveries require someone to be present over the age of 18 to sign for the package. Failure to be available at scheduled delivery will result in a re-delivery charge. If you need to change a delivery date, please contact the shipper as soon as possible or contact us as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours in advance.

White Glove Delivery service is available as a premium service. To request this service, please email us as cs@rugaholics.com and reference your order number within 24 hours of placing your online order. You will receive a confirmation email once this service has been arranged. This service may be useful for elderly customers, customers who purchase large size rugs, or customers living in multi-unit residential buildings that require the rug to be transported within the building. The average charge for this premium service is $249 per delivery, not including stair charge. White Glove Delivery includes bringing the rug into your room of choice, unpacking and removing the debris from the property. Delivery men are not responsible for moving of personal furniture items.

Warranty

Rugaholic.com will extend every warranty available by each manufacturer whose products we sell. Each manufacturer has a specific warranty policy and will vary from vendor to vendor. Rugaholic.com does not specifically warranty the product. The warranty is provided by the vendor. If you have a question about the warranty of an item and cannot find this information on the product page, please contact us as cs@rugaholic.com.

If the ordered items shows or develops a warranty issue after delivery and within the manufacturer’s warranty period, please contact us at returns@rugaholic.com. The shipping cost for replacements is the responsibility of the consumer. Neither the manufacturer nor Rugaholic.com is responsible for shipping costs with replacements for manufacturer’s defect.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute of payment, charge back inquiry, or credit card dispute, Rugaholic.com reserves the right to pursue legal recourse to recuperate expenses incurred to deliver orders, regardless of the bank or credit card company’s finding for the dispute. The purchaser agrees to allow up to 9 weeks for Rugaholic.com to provide a resolution for items that arrive incorrect or with damage or defect. If Rugaholic.com wins in court, the customer agrees to pay the sale price of the goods, plus any additional shipping incurred by Rugaholic.com, plus all collection and attorney’s fees associated with the collection and/or legal process.

Users are able to change their personal information by logging into their account.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

We honor them and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT)browser mechanism is in place.

Does our site allow third-party behavior tracking?

We allow third party tracking by trusted parties.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13.

Amazon gift cards will be sent via email 4-6 weeks after your receipt of the rug. RETURNED RUGS DO NOT QUALIFY.  The value of your Amazon Gift Card is based upon the amount you spend towards any Jaipur or Surya Rugs area rugs, excluding shipping, processing and taxes. All orders of Surya and Jaipur Rugs received during the month of September 2016 will qualify. Rugaholic is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, lost or misplaced cards. This rebate cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Only one promotional gift card per customer, household or order is permitted.There are no forms to fill out...we will handle everything for you.
